Flying wish paper

Flying wish paper. You write your wish on this little square piece of special paper. It is rolled into a cylinder, placed upright on a square and set on fire with a lighter. It burns to the bottom of the paper and soars up to the ceiling.You can catch it as it falls back down. I want to get this paper. It would be great at a party of holiday.

Dream doll finally listed on etsy

She is finally listed. I could not locate any folk lore or mythology that fit this doll. From the very beginnng, I knew she was involved with dreaming in some way. There were some goddesses that had some aspects that fit, but nothing really matched. Finally, I decided to list her anyway and the name Aurora just came to me. The first dream doll I designed will be placed in a frame and hung in my room. It would be fun to make a large spirit doll.

Heart in the sand

An artist had a bunch of photos of hearts she had found in nature. Heart shapes like leaves, rocks, carvings in trees etc. One day I found one in the sand. It is a little hard to see. We only had one picture left in the camera. I was really excited about finding this heart.

First Blog

Today was rather nice, after the down pouring of rain. My goal today was to post something to this blog. For some reason I could not open it in firefox, so I tried Enternet Explorer and it worked.

I removed the baking soda and grim from the oven, another project for today. I do not like the chemicals from the self cleaning ovens. The baking soda works great.

Next, I will post another art piece on my etsy site.
